INREIT also originates and acquires private real estate debt, including loans secured or backed by real estate, preferred equity interests and interests in private debt funds. The Manager seeks to provide stable, current income in the form of monthly distributions, while protecting invested capital and generating growth in NAV through quality investment selection and hands-on proactive management.
